All ready-made products are shipped out within 5 business days. If you purchase a product marked ‘made-to-order’, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be made & shipped.

My Tumbleweeds ships in the US, United Kingdom, Australia, France and Germany with hopes to expand soon!

Orders shipped in the US can expect to receive their package within 3-8 business days from drop off. Other countries can expect to receive their package within 8-14 days due to international shipping times.

If you’re interested in a piece but live elsewhere, please contact me and I can give you a shipping rate!

Unfortunately, as a small business, I am not able to replace or refund stolen packages. If you’re worried about a package being taken, I would suggest having your order sent to a P.O. Box rather than your personal address.

If your package was lost, I’m happy to provide the necessary information for you to file a claim. If it cannot be found, I will do my best to make the situation right.

All sales are final, including custom orders.
